By night there are some chic rooftop restaurants to visit with panoramic views over the glittering Bosphorus, as well as the more traditional Cicek Pasaji in Beyoglu and Kumkapi in Eminonu, both atmospheric places to dine on fresh Turkish dishes whilst listening to local musicians playing at your table.
