A detached three-bedroom villa with a private pool, an indoor wellness area, and a private cabana overlooking Kalkan Bay. Situated within the grounds of the Likya Gardens Hotel, guests enjoy the added benefits of hotel facilities, including a complimentary breakfast service.

Ground Floor

The villa is accessed via a private pathway leading directly to the decked pool terrace. Upon entering, there is a guest cloakroom and a corridor that takes you to the wellness area. This space includes an indoor plunge pool (which can be heated on request and with a supplement), a traditional hammam, a sauna, a separate shower, and a double day bed for relaxing. A separate WC and basin are also located here.

To the front of the interior of the ground floor is the large open plan living area. The dining table comfortably seats six and is divided from the living room by a rotating Smart TV, which can be enjoyed from either side. The living area itself is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table, with sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the swimming pool and surrounding furnished terraces.

Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a fridge-freezer, built-in microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, Turkish coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, and a kitchen island with a sink and two stools—perfect for casual meals or a morning coffee. 

First Floor

All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and each is carefully designed following a similar theme and colour scheme.

The first double bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and includes a wall-mounted TV, wardrobes, a dressing table with a stool, and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors open onto a shared, covered balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table—perfect for taking in the sea views.

The twin bedroom, positioned at the rear of the villa, can be configured as a double on request. It features wardrobes, a dressing table with a stool, a wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite shower room. This room has a juliette balcony overlooking the garden.

The second double bedroom includes the same amenities as the first, with the addition of an extra glass door leading to a side balcony. This room also connects to the shared, covered balcony, offering a similar sea-facing vantage point. A utility cupboard on the landing contains a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use.

Outside

The villa’s private pool is surrounded by a decked terrace. Six sun loungers and three parasols are provided for soaking up the sun, along with a comfortable outdoor alfresco seating area. Lush trees and shrubs add privacy, shielding the terrace from the coastal access road below. An outdoor shower is also available for guests to refresh after a swim.
