Villa Olivella is one of four 5-bedroom villas that form the Elif Collection, located just a 15-minute walk from Kalkan harbour. These villas offer the flexibility of being booked individually or together, making them ideal for larger groups and celebrations. The villas offer great value and are ideally located just moments from Kalkan’s popular restaurants, beach clubs, and boutique shops.
The villa is built over three floors and has five spacious en suite bedrooms. The ground floor includes a twin room with direct access to the terrace and pool area. The upper floors each feature private furnished balconies, with the views over Kalkan and towards the Mediterranean becoming more expansive the higher you climb. Arguably, the finest bedroom, is located on the second floor, and includes a free-standing jacuzzi style wooden framed bath tub.
As with many of the larger villas in Kalkan, the ground floor living space has been thoughtfully designed to help guests make the most of their special time together. The open-plan area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge, all leading out to the generous terrace and swimming pool. This outdoor area is a real highlight, perfect for alfresco dining, with a BBQ, table tennis and plenty of seating to enjoy meals on warm Kalkan evenings.

Villa Olivella Details
Villa Olivella is a detached villa set in a quiet residential area of Kalkan, located just below the D400 in one of the town’s most sought-after spots. With five spacious bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably. The modern design and décor give the property a fresh, modern feel. The main feature of the villa is the large swimming pool, surrounded by furnished terraces that offer ample space for relaxing, socialising, and dining outdoors. Additionally, guests can enjoy the table tennis area, a fun activity for the whole party.
Ground Floor
The open-plan living area on the ground floor is designed for ease and comfort while the layout makes meal preparations sociable. The lounge includes comfy sofas and a Smart TV, while the dining area seats eight, with extra chairs available if needed. The kitchen, is adjacent and well equipped.
Sliding doors from the living area open onto the terrace and pool area, where modern daybeds are ready for sunbathing and relaxation. The ground floor also has a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool. There is also a separate guest cloakroom which is perfect when entertaining.
First Floor
On the first floor, you’ll find three en suite bedrooms: a twin room, a double, and a larger double. Each room is simply furnished in neutral tones and each room enjoys its own private balcony with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying the quiet surroundings and views towards the Mediterranean.
Second Floor
The second floor features the villa’s largest and most private bedroom, a spacious double with an en suite bathroom that includes a freestanding jacuzzi style bath. The private balcony offers stunning panoramic views of Kalkan and the Mediterranean, with a table and chairs to make the most of the setting.
Outside
The outdoor space at Villa Olivella is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The shaded terrace is ideal for alfresco dining, offering plenty of seating for family meals or casual drinks. The pool area, surrounded by comfortable daybeds and parasols, is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sunshine.

Prices below are for the villa for up to 10 guests, per week and include:

Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hard work in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf .
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Useful Information
Damages Deposit
You must ensure that the property is securely locked when not occupied during the holiday let. You must replace any breakages, damage or losses, and/or reimburse the property owner for such breakages, damage or losses as stipulated by the property owner or key holder. A £500 damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival to the maintenance company. Please report any damage to fixtures and fittings on arrival (within 24 hours). Assuming no damages this will be returned on departure.
Arrival at Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started.
Hosts in Resort
A member of our overseas team will arrange to visit you the day after your arrival and will be on hand during your stay should you need them. We will send you their contact details just before you depart so you can contact them via WhatsAPP if you need to before they visit you.
Standard Cleaning
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and fresh linen and bathroom towels provided. The villas then normally have a mid holiday clean (if staying for 14 days), but not for 7 days holidays.
There is no daily cleaning, if you would like a full housekeeping service then please contact us and we can advise of additional costs.
Pool Towels
These will be provided for you, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool will be cleaned during your stay, normally the cleaning staff come early in the morning so don’t be alarmed to see someone in the gardens at the crack of dawn! If you have any queries with respect to the pool or garden maintenance during your stay please contact one of our team (you will be given all these numbers on arrival).
Shopping
We can arrange for any shopping to be in your villa on arrival and is payable locally. Please send us a list of what you would like and we will arrange our local supermarket to deliver this to your villa. During your stay it is also possible to arrange deliveries to your villa.
Children
Cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, as well as baby bundles, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
Car Hire
As car hire is not included in the price of your holiday, and you would like to rent one for any part of your stay, we are happy to pre-book this for you.
In Villa Catering
If you would like to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal one evening or lunchtime, without preparing it yourself, we are happy to arrange for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a meal, or perhaps a barbecue for you. We are able to email through menus and ideas.
Trips
We can arrange a variety of trips and excursions which can be pre-booked in advance or locally with your Discerning Collection Host, these are all payable locally.
Transfers
There are so many villas now and so many transfer companies, it can be confusing! If you book your transfers with us then we will ensure all our staff know the exact location of your villa and you also have the advantage that our staff in resort will be able to help with any queries in relation to your transfer.
Beach Clubs
For a relaxing day by the sea, whether you simply want to soak up the rays, try your hand at some water sports, or stop by for lunch, we will be delighted to provide plenty of recommendations upon booking.
Check in/Check out
These timings are shown on each villa page as they may vary. If you have a late flight then we can arrange for you to have lunch and use the facilities at one of our hotels. This can be discussed with you at the time of booking.
