Ground Floor

Entrance is into the bright and airy open plan living space which occupies the entire ground floor of this four bedroom property.

The open plan living space comprises a generous and comfortable sitting room with voluptuous grey sofas, a well equipped kitchen with island breakfast bar occupies the majority of the ground floor. Floor to ceiling glass doors open effortlessly onto the surrounding furnished verandas and pool deck. The lengthy alfresco dining area is made for gathering and enjoying sumptuous feasts by the barbecue and is thoughtfully sheltered by the shade of a pergola.

First Floor

Each of the four bedrooms are well-finished. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor, two doubles and one twin bedroom each with en-suite. The two double bedrooms, bed size 200cm x200cm, enjoy large glass doors that open onto balconies with yet more views to sea.

Lower Ground Floor

The fourth bedroom together with hammam and sauna is situated on the lower ground floor. Access is via an external staircase which is accessed via the pool deck.

The fourth bedroom, bed 200cm x200cm, also double, has a good size en-suite with shower w/c. Also on this level is a hammam and sauna facility.

Outside Space and private waterfront

Mavi Deniz completely embraces the Mediterranean lifestyle. Large verandas are comfortably furnished with alfresco furniture, whether you wish to sit back with a cold glass of wine and drink in the views or kick back with a good book the furniture is made for loafing and lounging. The lengthy alfresco dining terrace is thoughtfully placed under the shade of the pergola and is the perfect spot to gather and graze with friends and family. The swimming pool takes centre stage and boasts marvellous views out to sea. A staircase leads down through the grounds to a multi layered private waterfront below. Terraces are dressed with day beds and ladders lead into the inky blue sea. The perfect spot to switch off and be blissfully serenaded by the sounds of the sea. Also by the water’s edge is a fridge for storing refreshments. There is also a shower and w/c facility.

If you have a late flight then it may be possible to extend your stay at the villa (depending on when the next guests are arriving) alternatively we can arrange for you to have lunch/dinner at one of our hotels and use the facilities during the afternoon prior to your transfer back to the airport.

Please note that due to the property being set over many levels and due to the steep waterfront position this villa is not suitable to persons with limited mobility.
