The above prices are for this villa based on an occupancy up to 4 guests and for 7 nights and include:

• Welcome pack
• Air-conditioning and all utilities
• Services of our host in Kefalonia (by phone)
• Standard cleaning
• Pool cleaning and maintenance
• Fresh linen and bath towels

Flights:

If you would like us to source flights we can do this for you no problem, it takes all the hard work away from you.

The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!

Transfers /Car hire

We can arrange transfers  or can book car hire for you, whichever you prefer. We do recommend car hire, as Kefalonia has some wonderful coves and places to explore and we can arrange this from the airport or we can have it delivered to your villa. We will advise at the time of booking the additional costs.

Payments:

To book a villa only we require a deposit 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of £30% plus any payment we make on your behalf for the flying costs. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

NB. NEW: Accommodation Tax and  Climate Resilience Tax, effective from 01/01/2024. (The fee is 10 euros per night payable directly to villa maintenance on arrival). Braunis Horio reserves the right to not accommodate guests who refuse to pay the CR tax. Please kindly note that if the government occupancy tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly.
