We are very excited to introduce Villa Bahce to the Discerning Collection’s villa portfolio for the summer 2025 season. Villa Bahce enjoys a glorious position in a highly desirable area of Kormurluk and it has all you could possibly need for effortless coastal living. This stylish two bedroom property is just moments from two celebrated beach clubs and within an easy walk of the harbour, public beach and the old town.
Built on one level, the villa’s design is all about making the most of Mediterranean- indoor- outdoor-living, with floor to ceiling glass windows imbibing the pool terrace and sea views. Interiors follow a natural colour palette and furnishings and fittings are both timeless and on-trend. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen with all the essentials—dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine—alongside a relaxed living area with a comfy sofa and Smart TV. There is also a raised breakfast area, perfect for mingling while prepping in the kitchen. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool terrace. The double bedroom is complemented by a flexible twin room, which can be configured as a double on request—ideal for couples, friends, or small families.
The outdoor space is intimate but large enough for four and beautifully landscaped, with a private pool set amidst sun-drenched terraces, ideal for leisurely days spent lounging or dining alfresco. There is also a barbecue space should you wish to enjoy cooking at home.

Ground Floor
This stylish single-level villa is designed with modern living in mind. The open-plan layout features a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV and large glass windows frame the surrounding swimming pool and furnished terraces. The kitchen is contemporary and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. Flanking the central living area are two stylish bedrooms: a twin, which can be configured as a double upon request, and a double bedroom, both offering en-suite bathrooms and with direct access onto the pool terrace.
Outside
Step through the glass doors onto the pool terrace. The outside space is beautifully furnished and of course features a private pool surrounded by four daybeds and parasols—perfect for unwinding under the Mediterranean sun. There is also a comfy alfresco dining area and barbecue provide the perfect ingredients for leisurely meals while soaking up the villa’s unique ambiance and the stunning Mediterranean setting.

Prices below are for the villa for up to 4 guests, per week and include:

This villa is on a request basis, so please get in touch with us and we will reconfirm availability for your chosen dates, we know all the owners so this shouldn’t take us long to check.
The above prices are for this villa, based on an occupancy of up to 4 guests for 7 nights and includes:

Arrival dates are normally Saturday, Sunday or Monday for a 7 or 14 night duration, however, other arrival dates and odd durations may be possible. Please just call our friendly team on 01784 817720 or drop us a quick email, [email protected]
Flights –Please do get in touch if you would like us to source your flights, we can do all the hard work in sourcing and booking them. We do charge a small admin fee of £10 per person for doing this on your behalf .
The benefit of us booking your flights means that you are completely covered for all the services booked within the holiday package under our ATOL licence which means you have complete peace of mind. We will then check you in and send you all the necessary documents, you have nothing to do, except pack and look forward to your holiday!
Payments: To book a villa only we require a deposit of 30% with the balance due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. To book a package including flights we will require the villa deposit of 30% plus the full cost of the flights if arranged by the Discerning Collection. By sending us the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. Unlike other operators we do not take a security/damage deposit unless the owner specifically requires it. However, should there be any accidental damage please advise our staff in resort prior to your departure. We do have the right to charge for any damage incurred and this will be applied prior to your departure from the villa.

Useful Information
Damages Deposit
You must ensure that the property is securely locked when not occupied during the holiday let. You must replace any breakages, damage or losses, and/or reimburse the property owner for such breakages, damage or losses as stipulated by the property owner or key holder. A £200 damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival to the maintenance company. Please report any damage to fixtures and fittings on arrival (within 24 hours). Assuming no damages this will be returned on departure.
Arrival at Villa
A member of the villa management team will meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. All guests have to be registered on arrival, a member of our team will need to take these from you on arrival but will do this as quickly as possible.
Welcome Hamper
A basic hamper will be provided on arrival to get you started which includes, fresh bread, cheese, tomatoes, butter, milk, eggs, water, a bottle of wine, some sachets of tea and coffee, some washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs.
Hosts in Resort
A member of our overseas team will arrange to visit you the day after your arrival and will be on hand during your stay should you need them. We will send you their contact details just before you depart so you can contact them via WhatsAPP if you need to before they visit you.
Standard Cleaning
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and fresh linen and bathroom towels provided. The villas then normally have a mid holiday clean (if staying for 14 days), but not for 7 days holidays.
There is no daily cleaning, if you would like a full housekeeping service then please contact us and we can advise of additional costs.
Pool Towels
These will be provided for you, in addition all Discerning Collection guests will receive a complimentary Turkish towel (pestemal).
Pool Cleaning and Maintenance
The pool will be cleaned during your stay, normally the cleaning staff come early in the morning so don’t be alarmed to see someone in the gardens at the crack of dawn! If you have any queries with respect to the pool or garden maintenance during your stay please contact one of our team (you will be given all these numbers on arrival).
Shopping
We can arrange for any shopping to be in your villa on arrival and is payable locally. Please send us a list of what you would like and we will arrange our local supermarket to deliver this to your villa. During your stay it is also possible to arrange deliveries to your villa.
Children
Cots, highchairs and car seats for car hire and transfers can also be arranged, as well as baby bundles, please contact us for more information. Please note that we require you to pack your own linen for the cots.
Car Hire
As car hire is not included in the price of your holiday, and you would like to rent one for any part of your stay, we are happy to pre-book this for you.
In Villa Catering
If you would like to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal one evening or lunchtime, without preparing it yourself, we are happy to arrange for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a meal, or perhaps a barbecue for you. We are able to email through menus and ideas.
Trips
We can arrange a variety of trips and excursions which can be pre-booked in advance or locally with your Discerning Collection Host, these are all payable locally.
Transfers
There are so many villas now and so many transfer companies, it can be confusing! If you book your transfers with us then we will ensure all our staff know the exact location of your villa and you also have the advantage that our staff in resort will be able to help with any queries in relation to your transfer.
Yali Beach Club
For a relaxing day by the sea, whether you simply want to soak up the rays, try your hand at some water sports, or stop by for lunch, we highly recommend a day at the Yali Beach Club.
Check in/Check out
These timings are shown on each villa page as they may vary. If you have a late flight then we can arrange for you to have lunch and use the facilities at one of our hotels. This can be discussed with you at the time of booking.
