The steep hillside location affords jaw dropping views across the whole of Kalkan Bay and beyond to Mouse and Snake Islands. This beautifully maintained new villa is less than 10 minutes by taxi from Kalkan harbour. Sedir Ev is a great choice for a family holiday, days can easily be spent enjoying some well deserved horizontal hangtime by the pool and with so many places of interest within a short distance by car, it is easy to pair a morning at Saklikent Gorge with an afternoon jumping through the waves at Patara Beach.
Inside, the pleasant interiors comprise cool exposed stone walls, comfortable furnishings and a splattering of local artefacts, including an ornate detailed centrepiece light. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare fresh salads, mezze and prime an array of delicious main events for the BBQ. The open plan living area opens onto a beautiful alfresco dining area next to the swimming pool with expansive views across Kalkan, there really is no better place to watch the sunset of an evening. Each of the three bedrooms are en suite, styled individually and set over the ground and first floors, possibly the best room in the house is the ground floor master double complete with its own indoor plunge pool!
Sedir Ev is one of three new villas in Kiziltas and can be booked together with Villa Kaya and Ambar Ev to accommodate a maximum of 18 Guests. Next to one another, they are ideal for multi- generational family holidays. The children can come and go freely between the villas and hours can be enjoyed racing up and down the swimming pool on inflatables.
Good to know: This villa can be enjoyed individually and is one of three similar properties sat in a cluster. Larger groups can also take Ambar Ev and Villa Kaya accommodating up to 18 Guests, ideal for multi-generational family holidays and special celebrations.
** Please note that due to the steep hillside location this villa is not suitable for persons with limited mobility. Also, pool heating is available at £190 per week.
