Villa Setara boasts an impressive location, just a ten-minute stroll from the centre of Kalkan. This iconic town house  has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight guests. Good to know, larger parties can combine with Setara’s identical sister villa next door, Villa Afsana. An ideal choice for two families holidaying together as you can still enjoy your own privacy while being together as much as you like. If taken together, this pair can accommodate up to sixteen guests.

Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises a lovely open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is double-height with panoramic views and is furnished in a contemporary style.

The large open plan kitchen- dining- sitting room dominates most of the ground floor. This space boasts double- height floor to ceiling glass windows which imbibe the awe-inspiring Mediterranean sea views. Furniture has been sensibly placed sea- facing, providing a wonderfully comfortable inside space that still benefits from the views. The kitchen is super modern and is well equipped with all you could need should you decide to dine in. While it is difficult to tear yourself away from the stunning views, the smart flat screen television has all the apps you could possibly need should you require some respite from the sun including; Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as a cracking sound system.

The villa has four bedrooms, these are split over the three floors. The first of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and can be configured as either a double or twin it also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and W/C and terrace views.

First Floor

A staircase leads to the master bedroom located on the first floor. The master is approx. 40 square meters and benefits from a good size and free- standing jacuzzi bath which has the absolute wow factor. Sit back in bubbles while admiring the stunning sea views. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower and W/C, separate dressing room and a sea-facing furnished balcony. Good to know, the bed is (king-size).

Second Floor:

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor both are en- suite. One has the option of being configured as a double or twin and it benefits from the addition of a bath/ shower room and dressing area. The fourth bedroom is also double with a good size en-suite with shower and w/c. Both bedrooms benefit from gorgeous sea and mountain vistas and each bedroom has roof terrace access.

Outside Space

Villa Setara has an infinity pool with Jacuzzi jets, a children’s pool and terraces on three sides that provide an al-fresco dining area, an outside sofa seating area,  sun loungers and BBQ.

Outside Villa Setara has a sea-facing infinity pool with jacuzzi jets, there is also a children’s pool. Surrounding furnished terraces provide plenty of comfortable spaces to bask under sunny Turkish skies and enjoy the mesmerising sea views. There is also an alfresco dining area with BBQ, a comfy outside sitting space and plenty of day beds for sun worshippers. For those who are keen to remain active there is also table tennis and table football.

Kalkan harbour is conveniently located just 10 a 10-minute stroll from Villa Setara along an unmade coastal path. Should the pool lose its glow, Palm and Zest beach club are a couple of minutes’ walk downhill.

If you have a late flight then it may be possible to extend your stay at the villa (depending on when the next guests are arriving) alternatively we can arrange for you to have lunch/dinner at one of our hotels and use the facilities during the afternoon prior to your transfer back to the airport.

Please note that due to the property being set over many levels and due to the steep waterfront position this villa is not suitable to persons with limited mobility.
