Popular for its glorious sea vistas, polished exteriors and comfortable sleeping quarters, Villa Recep is the perfect choice for your family summer escape. The pools and surrounding terraces are perfect places for kicking back and are easily adapted for events such as weddings and parties.

Important note: Villa Recep boasts 5 glorious bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and the fifth double bedroom is in the lower court yard and accessed externally. With this in mind, we do not think this bedroom is suitable for an unaccompanied child.

Lower Ground Floor

Villa Recep is accessed via a gate at street level which opens into a courtyard with water feature and colourful potted plants. At street level, there is a car port suitable for one vehicle.

Also on this level, lower ground floor, is a self-contained double bedroom. To access this bedroom you enter through floor- to -ceiling- glass windows. This bedroom features an en-suite with shower and w.c. There is also a dressing table, plenty of wardrobe space and a television mounted on the wall. An external staircase leads from the courtyard up to the pool terrace.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining room. There is a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table and smart TV which is the perfect space to gather if you should need some respite from the intense summer glare. The kitchen is well equipped with all you could need to cater a culinary extravaganza.

Floor-to-ceiling glass windows lead from the living area onto the pool terrace, when open creating the effect of inside-outside- living.

A double bedroom is also situated on the ground floor. This room benefits from an en-suite shower room and has ample room for storage. This room also has direct access to the pool terrace, suiting early risers who might enjoy a pre-breakfast dip.

First Floor

The remaining sleeping quarters are located on the first floor. On this level there are three bedrooms, the first is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and w/c this room can also be made as a double on request. Sliding glass doors lead onto a furnished shared balcony which imbibes the glorious wide screen views.

Next door is a large double bedroom with spacious en-suite featuring his and hers wash basins, a separate W/C and a large jacuzzi bath benefiting from a picture window and there is also a separate shower.

A utility room is also located on the first floor, featuring a w/c and household amenities such as an iron and ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The fifth bedroom is also a double en-suite bedroom. The final bedroom also enjoys a wonderful furnished balcony with remarkable views across the bay.

Outside Space

The sea-facing infinity pool takes centre stage at the rear of the villa and is encased on three sides by spacious wrap around furnished terraces, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind or socialise and entertain. There is also an external shower for rinsing off after plenty of relaxed pool time.

The spacious terraces are comfortably kitted out with a covered alfresco dining terrace ideal for languid poolside lunches. There is also an alfresco kitchenette with sink and fridge. In addition to the large dinign table that comfortably seats ten guests. There is also an l-shaped sofa where you can kick back and take in the awe-inspiring scenery. There is also a jacuzzi terrace encased by fragrant flowers.

If you have a late flight then it may be possible to extend your stay at the villa (depending on when the next guests are arriving) alternatively we can arrange for you to have lunch/dinner at one of our hotels and use the facilities during the afternoon prior to your transfer back to the airport.

Please note that due to the property being set over many levels and due to the steep waterfront position this villa is not suitable to persons with limited mobility.
