Villa Bella Mare is a generously proportioned three storey private house which sits proudly above the Bay of Kalamar. Contemporary in structure, the architecture is sleek, a seamless blend of stone walls and glass, designed to drink-in those far-reaching sea views. It is a superb choice for two families travelling together or even a large group of friends. The stylish ambience and generously proportioned living space, lends itself beautifully to larger parties. Inside, no expense has been spared, the open plan kitchen and living area is extensive and the perfect space to gather should you need some respite from the intense peak summer heat. From the kitchen and dining area glass doors opens onto a large terrace which wraps along the entire front of the property and overlooks the sea. Outside there is a large alfresco dining area thoughtfully placed under the shade of a pergola there is also a kitchenette with barbecue and sink.
