Villa Anatolia 1 is a stunning 5-bedroom villa with contemporary interiors and perched in an elevated and privileged position in Kalamar Bay. The property has a refreshing style with contemporary fixtures and fittings together with a bohemian, Anatolian edge.

Good to know: Villa Anatolia 1 is one of a collection of four villas built in the same location. These villas can be booked individually or together, and they are ideal for a larger group of family or friends travelling together.

The villa is beautifully set over three floors.

Ground Floor

Entrance is at the rear of the house on the ground floor. On entrance your eyes will immediately be drawn to the widescreen views across the infinity pool towards the glistening Mediterranean Sea beyond. The rear and front of the house features walls of glass that frame the magnificent views. The large open plan sitting and dining area together with well-appointed kitchen dominate the entire ground floor and it is no wonder that this space is very much the beating heart of villa Anatolia 1. A neutral palette is balanced with bohemian Anatolian soft furnishings, and a plump l-shaped pastel grey sofa is the perfect space to gather with your best people. There is also a spacious dining table which is a good size for ten guests, and it is ideal for leisurely feasts should you be seeking some respite from the intense summer sun. Glass doors open onto the alfresco dining terrace, which is both beautiful and functional when transporting your culinary masterpiece from the well-equipped kitchen.

Also on the ground floor is the first of five spacious ensuite bedrooms,  a double with contemporary fittings and yet more walls of glass framing the the sea views. This room opens onto the swimming pool and terrace so is ideal for those who enjoy an early morning dip. The outside space is beautifully furnished.

First Floor

A staircase leads to the first floor, featuring further sleeping quarters, a master double bedroom, further double bedroom and one twin bedroom each of which is complete with its own ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms are beautifully presented with floor to ceiling glass windows that imbibe the dramatic scenery and far-reaching sea views, they also benefit from balconies overlooking the pool below. The master bedroom also benefits from an indoor jacuzzi bath.

Lower Ground Floor

An external staircase leads to the fifth ensuite double bedroom. Similarly, to the other bedrooms this room enjoys its own private terrace with sea views. For those guests eager to keep up their training regime while on holiday mode there is also a private simple gym featuring: treadmill, dumbbells, and bench. Also on this level is a table football area and darts.

Outside

Floor to ceiling glass windows provide the feeling of inside- outside living and allow guests to transition from inside Villa Anatolia to the alfresco pool deck seamlessly. The large sea-facing infinity pool takes centre stage and is very much the jewel in the crown at Villa Anatolia. The outside space is large, peppered with fragrant leafy potted plants. The sophisticated sundeck is roomy and dotted with plenty of day beds for the entire party, as well as double mattresses which hover over the pool. There is also an alfresco sitting space with voluptuous furniture the perfect place to snuggle in with a good book or sit back and soak up those inspiring views over a glass of wine or two. The open-air dining area is thoughtfully placed under the shade of a pergola and a feature wall boasts mirrors and many authentic artefacts. There is also a barbecue for leisurely poolside lunches.

If you have a late flight then it may be possible to extend your stay at the villa (depending on when the next guests are arriving) alternatively we can arrange for you to have lunch/dinner at one of our hotels and use the facilities during the afternoon prior to your transfer back to the airport.

Special Notes:

• There is a private lift which provides access from the indoor car parking area to the pool terrace.
• Please kindly note there is no hand-rail on the stairs
• An external staircase leads to the gym and bedroom on the lower ground floor these two areas cannot be accessed internally.
