The villas consist of a choice of 3 and 4 bedrooms and are all based on Half board. They all have open plan living areas and fully fitted kitchens as well as their own private pools with terrace.
Or with a smaller family in mind then choose from the Artemis Suite Two bedroom Private Pool Seafront View which is ideal for a family with teens accommodating upto 4 persons and Daphnes & Chloe One Bedroom is the perfect choice to celebrate a honeymoon or new parents wanting to get away on their first holiday with their new-born. These suites do not have kitchens but do have large terrace and their own pools.
There are 5 restaurants at St. Nicolas Bay Hotel; start your day with a sumptuous choice of breakfast on the terrace of the Club House Labryinthos the main restaurant offers a 5 course dining experience with indoor and outdoor seating with a wonderful menu of both Cretan and International cuisine including chef’s selections and it also offers a special children’s menu. Blue Bay a la carte is located by the beach with stunning views where you can enjoy Mediterranean specialities along with freshly caught fish from the Mirabello Bay, light lunches and snacks. Minotaure fine dining is ideal for a romantic candlelit dining experience with jazz, piano and small live bands playing in the background and overlooks the beautiful lagoon pool and has an Asian influenced menu and a superb wine list. The Greek Kafenion, offers locally sourced produce with a traditional local innovative cuisine and a BBQ open kitchen moments from the beach, on some evenings, live music is played here with folklore dancing. Astra Veranda lounge bar where you can enjoy sundowners and meet friends for pre-dinner drinks or for something more lively then head off for some cocktails and DJ music (up to twice weekly) on the water’s edge at the Bonatsa Jetty bar.
At Poseidon Spa there is a fitness centre, indoor heated pool, Sauna, Turkish bath and an array of wonderful treatments, all using luxurious Elemis and Cinq Mondes products . The Artemis is a 2 bedroom suite with private pool and seafront view, its indoor space is approximately 76sqm.

Each villa is individually designed and actual room layout vary from those shown.
It has a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room with walk in shower. There is a living room with doors out to the private terrace and pool area where you will find large terrace with daybeds and sunshades and outdoor dining and sitting area.
(There is no kettle but the Nespresso machine can heat water for tea)

There is a living room and a open plan kitchen which is fully equipped, the indoor space is approximately 130 sqm. The private outdoor terrace has day beds and sunshades and surrounds the private pool, which also has hydromassage jets. There is also outdoor dining and sitting areas along with a private pathway with direct access down to the sea.

Labyrinthos
This is the main restaurant offering a 5 course dining experience, which is solely a la carte. This is the main restaurant where you will take your evening half board option.
Minotaure
A fine dining restaurant situated around the lagoon pool with international and Asian cuisine. Ideal for intimate dining under the stars with live piano music.
The Greek Kafenion
Situated down by the seafront with live music and local dancers once a week, you cn dine here from the outdoor BBQ kitchen with various Cretan dishes based on local produce and seafood.
The Blue Bay Beach Restaurant and Bar
An all day menu of healthy salads, snacks, vegetarian dishes and other daily specials perfect for lunch. Cocktails, drinks, ice ceams and fresh juices are served all day around the pool and beach.
In the evening it transforms into a vibrant cocktail bar with relaxed ambiance.
