Holiday with Yoga and Pilates at The Likya Residence

We are delighted to invite guests to partake in a relaxed and informal
weeklong holiday with a combination of Yoga and Pilates twice a day for five days. What could be more appealing than a week of holistic Yoga and Pilates in the picture-postcard town of small and stylish Kalkan as well as enjoying the celebrated Likya Residence Hotel and Spa. The hotel is beautifully positioned on the hillside just moments on foot from Kalkan- so it is easy to dip in and out of the action as and when you like.

The Details: Accommodation at The Likya Residence Hotel and Spa, Deluxe first, second and third floor rooms, welcome dinner at a reputable restaurant in Kalkan. Breakfast every day. Two Yoga/ Pilates (1 of each per day) sessions on 5 days, flights as above, return airport transfers, a DC Spa package hammam, 30 min massage foot scrub and face mask at the Oasis Hotel (transport excluded).

Price: £1,300 per person (2nd and third floor rooms- single person occupancy) and £1,360 (first floor rooms -single person occupancy )

Amanda started in the industry in 2005 with corrective exercise being her passion – pre/post natal, hip/knee replacements and injury rehabilitation. Pilates was naturally the right route for Amanda to take and she qualified in 2012. In 2007 she experienced her first ‘Hot Yoga’ class and fell in love with it and continues to practise to this day. Amanda decided she wanted to bring Yoga to her clients and went on to complete her Yoga teacher training in the summer of 2017. She is now teaching frequent classes weekly at two independent studios. She also works closely with a chiropractor to deliver bespoke 121 rehabilitations Pilates and Yoga. She therefore has a natural ability to modify various sequences to cater for all abilities from beginner to intermediate.

All of the light, airy and incredibly spacious rooms and suites offer unrivalled sea views and have a large balcony or terrace, a superb spot to sit and watch the sun go down over the deep blue Mediterranean.

Likya Residence has a large inviting swimming pool surrounded by comfy sun loungers and a second infinity pool, guaranteeing you total relaxation. There is a convivial bar and a very discerning terrace restaurant with a wide menu of delicious Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, a fabulous spot to marvel at the stunning views over Kalkan and out to sea. This excellent restaurant, run by the brilliant Mohammed, is probably one of the best, if not ‘the’ best in Kalkan.

Given the excellent relationship we have with the Likya residence since its inception, all the first and second floor rooms are allocated to the Discerning Collection.
