Villa Loop is one of several stunning new four bedroom villas sleeping up to eight guests. The property enjoys a glorious elevated position, built into a steep hillside location it affords enviable panoramic views over Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.
Built over three floors, the house has minimalist interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass windows which take full advantage of those remarkable sea views. This design concept also creates the effect of inside-outside living, making it easy to relax and make the most of the alfresco Mediterranean lifestyle.
One of our favourite features of Villa Loop is the vast open-plan living area which creates the feeling of light and space throughout- reflecting the glorious and various shades of blue from the bay below and sky above. The dramatic rear wall of glass also frames the banana plants and green serene surrounds.
The lengthy outside space is peppered with fragrant, brightly, coloured flowers and leafy potted plants. The pool deck is especially roomy, dotted with comfy loungers, a circular rattan day bed with canopy but it is of course the large sea-facing infinity pool that is the focal point and place to gather at this stylish villa. The open air living area including alfresco dining space and lounge is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family while soaking up those inspiring bay views and perhaps grazing around the barbecue.
Located in a quiet corner of Kalamar Bay, it is only a 5 minute taxi ride from the centre of Kalkan so it is easy to dip in and out of the action as and when you like. For first timers, Kalkan is a quintessential Mediterranean harbour town built largely on hills that tumble down to a postcard waterfront setting. While it is perhaps not a natural beach town, there are a large choice of barefoot beach clubs that ring the bay- making it easy to spend time by the water’s edge while relaxing and listening to the soothing sounds of the sea. By night Kalkan is arguably at her best offering visitors a vibrant cafe-culture and superb choice of roof top restaurants.
