Aman Sveti Stefan is located in a unique location spilling over a causeway from the mainland on to Sveti Stefan island, this resort is surrounded by verdant forests of ancient pine, cedar and olive trees jutting out over the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic.
The prestigious hotel group, Aman Resorts, sympathetically renovated this former royal residence in 2008 and it is now a stunning, luxury hotel consisting of suites in Villa Milocer on the mainland and rooms and cottages on the island. Each room is unique in design, oozing rustic elegance; stone walls, wooden beams and soft cream and caramel shades run throughout the accommodation.
Aman Sveti Stefan boasts 3 sandy beaches, 3 swimming pools (2 of which are child friendly) and a superb Spa spanning over 1600 square metres, including a yoga pavilion, Turkish Bath, saunas and an array of therapeutic treatments.
There are plenty of restaurants at the hotel, a more informal Beach Cafe for relaxed waterfront lunches, or perhaps enjoy fresh fish or meat dishes cooked in the wood fired over at the Olive Tree on Sveti Stefan’s beach. The Signature Restaurant offers a unique dining experience with magnificent views over the dramatic coastline and the popular Piazza with a wide choice of Mediterranean fare. Wherever you choose to eat, expect the finest quality using locally sourced fresh produce.
One could easily relax here for couple of weeks and barely lift a finger, however, Aman Sveti Stefan is within easy reach of many historical points such as beautiful town of Budva with its winding cobbled streets, explore the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Bay of Kotor by boat or the baroque village of Perast.
Please note that accommodation on Sveti Stefan island is closed from November to April but Villa Milocer is open year round.
The Aman Sveti Stefan has 3 beautiful pink sand beaches, 3 swimming pools and fabulous Spa with gym, Turkish bath, sauna, yoga and pilates studios and a long menu of invigorating massage and beauty treatments.
There are also plenty of dining options, either on the mainland Sveti Stefan island offering a mouth-watering choice of menus for all the family.
